We are seeking a dedicated early childhood education teacher for permanent employment at Ylästö Daycare (Ylästön päiväkoti), located near Ylästön School in Vantaa. The role includes working in the pre-kindergarten group with another teacher, a child caretaker, and an assistant in the team. The daycare is a six-group facility with spacious premises, surrounded by nearby parks and nature, emphasizing inclusive leadership and child participation. Our aim is to foster companionship and social-emotional skills in children, with a calm and supportive interaction with parents. The unit operates under a twin leadership model with one director responsible for staff and another for pedagogy, and supports inclusive leadership that leaves space for professional expertise.
