We are seeking a Technical Property Manager to join Hitachi Energy Finland Oy as part of a large-scale expansion project in Mustasaari. The role focuses on the technical management of new and upcoming facilities, ensuring efficient, sustainable operation in compliance with current laws and requirements. You will work closely with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations and ongoing development. Responsibilities include overseeing technical operation, development, and daily maintenance of properties; implementing energy-efficiency improvements; participating in budgeting and monitoring financial results for properties; participating in alteration and renovation projects; planning and tracking maintenance plans and technical measures; handling incoming invoices and ensuring proper accounting; preparing investment materials and calculations; promoting energy and development initiatives; ensuring compliance with laws, regulatory requirements, and internal instructions; participating in environmental certification work and updating management systems. Requirements include training in facilities engineering, energy, HVAC, electrical engineering, or related field; 5–10 years of practical experience with technical management/operation of commercial properties; experience with tenant-driven renovations and pre-studies to budgeting, implementation and handover; budgeting, forecasting, KPI monitoring (energy, operating costs, maintenance) and invoices/contract tracking; good spoken and written Finnish and English; and a valid B-driver’s license.
