Support Worker

Role is to support clients in difficult life situations and help them cope independently. Provide individualized support for life planning and daily living skills. You will receive thorough onboarding and team support. The position is in Tavana Sinisaari’s communal, supported housing for mental health and substance use rehabilitation. Each client has their own home where they can live a life that suits them. The role includes promoting staff well‑being through active daily life and joint welfare actions. We offer a safe environment for clients needing help with everyday tasks. Salary is based on the private social services collective agreement; the pay scale for a guidance worker is G20C with a base salary of 2493.06–2719.93 €/month depending on experience. We expect you to have a practical nurse qualification, experience with mental health/substance use clients and aftercare youth work, social and health care professional card, hygiene pass, and registration with Valvira.
