Sales Representative

We are looking for an energetic and motivated salesperson to join our growing AT Aurinkopaneelit Oy team. This role covers the full sales process from meeting prospects to closing deals. You will offer households solar power systems that save money and environment, helping customers move toward sustainable energy. Your day will include scheduled home visits, with proactive outreach to acquire new customers, and helping current customers expand their energy solutions to meet changing needs. The successful candidate does not need prior sales experience; attitude and willingness to tackle new challenges matter most. Key requirements include outgoing communication and listening skills, target orientation, ability to work independently while being a strong team player, and willingness to travel. Base location could be Lahti, but visits also span Päijät-Häme. You will have a company car and a valid driving license; you must be of legal age and fluent in Finnish. The first month includes a base salary of at least 1000 euros, followed by an attractive commission-based earnings where average earnings are 4000–5000 €/month.
