About the role
Key Target Account Manager role focused on acquiring and growing strategic key accounts in the housing corporation and social housing space. The candidate will actively acquire new key accounts, build and deepen relationships with strategic end users, close framework agreements with new customers, manage the client relationship in coordination with authorized partners, identify commercial opportunities and develop account plans for long-term growth, negotiate at strategic/tactical/operational levels, work closely with technical sales support and iLOQ partners to serve customers, and produce weekly/monthly progress and market reports. Requirements include at least 5 years of experience in technical B2B sales, proven experience with complex sales cycles at large national organizations, a strong network within housing associations, commercial/entrepreneurial/results-oriented mindset, affinity with technology and value-based selling, analytical ability to translate insights into concrete strategies, independent work style with collaborative skills, experience with Microsoft Office, CRMs and other sales tools, and excellent Dutch and English communication skills (spoken and written).
