Nordic Adventures is a local tour company based in Rovaniemi, Finnish Lapland. We create unique, once-in-a-lifetime experiences and unforgettable memories for our guests through small, well-organized, and personal tours. We are looking for proactive, outgoing, and customer-oriented people who enjoy working with others and can stay calm under pressure. If this sounds like you, we'd love to hear from you. As a Tour Guide, your role will be varied and hands-on: you'll act as a host, driver, and guide, making sure guests feel safe, comfortable, and engaged throughout the tour. Depending on your experience, you may also support the team in additional tasks. Previous guiding experience is not required, but a background in tourism or customer service is a plus. Position - Tour Guide. Contract period: 1 October 2026 - March / April 2027. Employment type: Part-time or Full-time. Requirements: - Flexibility, adaptability, and good time management; - Strong teamwork skills and the ability to collaborate with other guides; - Excellent customer service attitude; - Confident spoken English with groups (other languages are a plus); - Valid B driving license (winter conditions driving experience); - Drive guests to tour locations (winter conditions included); - Assisting with equipment and clothing; - Leading activities and ensure safety at all times; - Creating a warm, engaging atmosphere for international guests; - Handling unexpected situations calmly and professionally; - Ability to work in cold outdoor conditions; - Confident driving skills (winter driving experience is a strong advantage); - Ability to stay calm and make decisions under pressure.
