In this role, you will be responsible for optimizing and steering one of the supply chains. Your main responsibilities include planning production and blending with stakeholders, acting as the focal point for information and communication on supply chain topics, and collaborating widely internally and externally with various stakeholder groups. You will steer business decisions and optimize product portfolio value in the business horizon, participate in chain-specific internal development projects, and work closely with other supply chains, refinery scheduling, commercial operations and trading. You will report to the Director, Supply Chain Steering, based in Espoo. The qualifications include a Bachelor or Master’s degree in a relevant field; minimum 3 years of experience in supply chain, logistics, scheduling or oil refining; knowledge about oil and gas product properties; strong written and verbal English skills, Finnish an advantage; willingness and creativity to develop new ways of working; IT knowledge in common office tools; teamwork, problem solving and decision making; AVEVA USC (or similar) planning tools knowledge; and industrial plant or complex scheduling experience.
