Childcare Worker

We are seeking a childcare worker for the Håkansböle day care in Vanda. You will join the pedagogical team and collaborate with multiprofessional colleagues to foster an inclusive, safe and sustainable work culture with the child’s best in focus. The unit plans to open a new day care facility in autumn 2027 and offers modern spaces supporting pedagogical work, collaboration and a sustainable daily life for children and staff. You will contribute to developing an inclusive culture across the unit and support the children’s everyday life, working in a team with other professionals, communicating respectfully with children, guardians and colleagues, and responding to each child’s individual needs. The employment terms follow the general municipal collective agreement AKTA. The role is full-time with a workweek of 38h 15m.
