For our Pipe Renewal segment we are looking for an enterprise leader who, based at our upcoming office in Glostrup, will coordinate pipe renewal projects including sliplining of sewers for utilities. A stable and versatile everyday life. As enterprise leader you will have a daily life with varied tasks. You work both at the office and on construction sites, where you ensure progress, quality and collaboration. The tasks have a recognizable structure, but also require an overview and prioritization. The role is autonomous, and you have responsibility for your own contracts from start to finish. Responsibilities for your own contracts. You have the overall responsibility to manage your contracts from start-up to delivery. In close cooperation with the project manager and other colleagues you ensure that the contracts are implemented efficiently, safely and with the agreed quality. Your main tasks will be: planning and coordination of contracts, including resource booking and detailed planning; updating of financial management to the responsible project manager, as well as status reporting; coordination with the client, authorities, other stakeholders and subcontractors; ensuring defect-free deliveries to the agreed time and quality. Your time will typically be distributed with approx. 60% office work in Glostrup and 40% on construction sites around Zealand. Are you our new colleague? Your educational background may vary, but you have a solid technical understanding and a professional, fair and proper approach to collaboration.
