Security Team Lead, Hamina The job is located at a data center site in Hamina, Finland. The role is full-time and focuses on leading sub-teams within the campus security team, supporting risk management and security practices for the client, and coordinating with the local security team across the organization. The TL reports to the Avarn Security Area Manager, the client, and other relevant parties. Requirements include a solid understanding of high-security principles, leadership background, and strong Finnish and English communication skills. Travel within the Nordic countries is expected. The position requires flexibility in hours and the ability to work under pressure. A drug test and a medical examination are required as part of the onboarding process, and Palta collective agreement applies.
