Terminal and Transportation Coordinator At the heart of logistics you will play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations for Piccolo Logistics Oy. You will be responsible for coordinating cargo flows, schedules, and terminal activities to ensure safe, efficient, and on-time processes. The role involves daily planning of routes and shipments, guiding drivers, coordinating terminal cargo flows, monitoring shipments and handling deviations, moving materials within the terminal, providing customer service and collaborating with customers and partners, processing transport documents and maintaining information in systems, and contributing to continuous improvement with the team. We expect a suitable education or prior experience in logistics or transport, an organized, proactive work style, ability to manage multiple tasks in changing situations, strong communication and collaboration skills, a solution‑oriented mindset and resilience under pressure, solid IT skills and willingness to learn new systems, and forklift experience is an advantage. Fluency in Finnish is required; good Swedish is required in spoken and written form; English is an asset. Preferred: experience in traffic control or route planning, knowledge of terminal and transport operations, ADR competence, knowledge of transport management systems, customer‑oriented mindset and improvement focus.
