Support Pilotage and Accounting Specialist

- The role positions you as a business and platform expert, the main contact for our client base who chose Pennylane as their central software for their accounting and financial management. - You are at the heart of the 360-degree customer experience and enable clients and their accountants to maximize Pennylane's capabilities for their growth. - You act as the central relay point between clients (leaders), their internalised accountants and accounting firms. You are in daily contact with users and seek to understand the problems they encounter. - After investigation, your goal is to provide an answer or solution or, when necessary, escalate the issue to technical teams. You also help businesses and firms integrate their data on Pennylane to facilitate migration. - Your daily missions include: onboarding to Pennylane Academy, learning the product, understanding the company and departments, identifying stakeholders and collaborating effectively, handling accounting requests, receiving and qualifying requests based on accounting principles, and delivering fast, impactful responses.
