As a Commissioning Manager at atNorth, you will lead and oversee all commissioning activities across our cutting-edge Nordic facilities. You will ensure full compliance with our standards while coordinating testing, documentation, vendor activities, and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle. This role also serves as the Functional Lead across our other operating countries, driving a unified commissioning effort across all projects regionally, ensuring best practices and standardization. You will maintain ownership of commissioning deliverables, drive Autodesk Construction Cloud workflows, and guide contractors and authorities through energization, load banking, and testing milestones. Key responsibilities include unifying commissioning processes, leading execution of commissioning manuals and test scripts, reviewing design documentation, attending factory tests, managing Autodesk Construction Cloud platform, reviewing schedules and plans, evaluating testing scripts, and witnessing site testing. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or 10+ years of relevant experience with electrical/HVAC certifications. Proven track record as a Commissioning Manager or Senior Engineer in mission-critical environments, with expertise in L4/L5 methodologies, load bank planning, and BMS trending. Ability to lead across borders, interpret complex design drawings, and manage workflows in Autodesk Construction Cloud. Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Nordic languages is a merit. Willingness to travel across the Nordics is expected.
