Odoo ERP Solution Architect

SprintIT is a Finnish ERP specialist company that develops and implements intelligent Odoo solutions. Do you already know Odoo? Our international team consists of around 60 specialists, or Sprinters, and we help hundreds of customers in Finland and the Nordics every day. We grow together with our customers, and that is why we need you to strengthen our team! We are now looking for two Odoo/ERP Solution Architects for our office in Pitäjänmäki, Helsinki, or in central Tampere (coworking): One architect will join our Finance team to develop and deepen the SprintIT Odoo payroll solution in particular. Another architect (or more) will join our other customer project teams to solve broader Odoo/ERP needs for our customers across different industries. In either role, you will join an energetic, open team and have an impact on the solutions we build for our customers. What is this role about? You will be responsible for understanding our customers’ business needs and designing Odoo solutions to match them. You are a technical expert who can assess the possibilities offered by Odoo modules, identify customisation needs, and guide both customers and our developers in the right direction. What you would do in practice: Design and implement Odoo solutions in customer projects with a strong technical approach. Assess technical requirements and ensure the quality of the overall solution and code. Consult customers and help them make the most of Odoo’s capabilities in a sensible way. As an architect joining the Finance team: focus especially on developing Odoo payroll solutions and supporting customers. Take part in other company projects according to your interests and workload :) What do we expect from you? At least some previous experience with Odoo or familiarity with it. You know the system and how it works. Excellent communication skills in Finnish and English. We communicate a lot in English with each other, but Finnish is often essential in customer projects. Strong experience with ERP systems and coding, as well as an understanding of business processes. Good skills in areas such as Python programming, PostgreSQL relational databases, integration technologies and Linux server environments (and perhaps a little knowledge of JavaScript libraries). A solution-oriented and analytical approach, and the ability to explain technical matters clearly to customers.
