Childcare Worker

Eura municipality is seeking early childhood caregivers for a variety of temporary substitutions for the 2026–2027 period. Some substitutions are pre-arranged long-term leave replacements, while others cover sudden vacancies such as illness. We expect you to work flexibly in changing situations and environments. We offer motivated colleagues and early childhood education in line with the new curricula, where developing the operating culture is central. The foundation of high-quality early education and pre-schooling is attentive, warm interactions between staff and children, a jointly agreed value base in the work community, and a pedagogical approach. Qualification requirement: according to the Early Childhood Education Act (540/2018) a valid qualification in the field (basic degree in education and guidance, basic degree in social and health care, or other suitable degree, with sufficiently broad modules in child care, upbringing, and teaching). In the absence of qualified applicants, prior experience in early childhood education child care and an interest in the field are valued.
