Construction Assistant for Tampere 1 position Pirkanmaa, Kangasala, Lempäälä, Nokia, Pirkkala, Tampere We are looking for a diligent and motivated construction assistant to strengthen our customer's site team in Tampere! As a construction assistant, you will perform a range of support tasks at construction sites. The worksites vary, so your duties may differ depending on the site and stage of work. This role is a good opportunity to gain experience in construction and learn alongside experienced carpenters. The worksites are mainly in the Tampere region, but you can also choose to work in nearby municipalities. Your work may include, for example: Carrying and organising materials Taking care of general worksite cleanliness Demolition work and installing protective coverings Assisting professionals with various tasks We offer you: Varied construction work in the Tampere area An opportunity to gain experience and develop your skills in construction Workwear suitable for professional use and the necessary protective equipment Work for a longer period for a good worker, according to your preference Your own personnel consultant to help with employment matters To succeed in the role, you need: Previous experience at construction sites A diligent and independent approach to work and good physical fitness Construction-related education is considered an advantage A valid Occupational Safety Card Access to a car The pay is approximately €12–14 per hour, depending on your experience, plus supplements such as travel reimbursement.
