Church Activities Coordinator

We are seeking multiple new staff members. There is a lot happening and we see new phases especially in communication and the development of our camp area Hummelholmen. Additionally there are opportunities to enter new phases regarding child and youth activities, events, theatre or other occasions for fellowship with both God and people. Currently we have 13 employees, many part-time. We do not yet know exactly how the new positions will look. And that is part of the point. We want to cast out the net first to see who is out there. Then we can shape the final jobs together based on gifts, experience and needs. We are seeking competence in: - Administration and development of the camp area Hummelholmen; Leasing, supervision, practical questions and long-term development. - Activities and content; Camps for children and youth, events and fellowship. Ideas for how Hummelholmen and the congregations can become even livelier places. - Communication and inspiration; Member magazine, social media and outward communication. - Congregational work; Several of our congregations also seek staff part-time.
