Cleaning Services Supervisor

We are seeking a Cleaning Services Supervisor for a demanding customer account in the Helsinki metropolitan area. In this role, you will work in supervisory duties for cleaning and support the supervisor in day-to-day operations. Your responsibilities include organising and guiding cleaning work, planning shifts, monitoring quality and cooperating with the customer. The work is practical, and you will also take part in cleaning yourself. You need the ability to organise work, resolve situations as they arise and keep the whole operation under control even when busy. Previous experience guiding work and working in cleaning provides a good foundation for the role. The role requires a suitable specialist vocational qualification. You also need an Occupational Safety Card, which we can train you to obtain if necessary. You will communicate fluently in Finnish. Your English skills must be at least satisfactory, and other language skills are considered an advantage.
