Concrete Element Installer

We are seeking a skilled concrete element installer for a factory in Koski Tl, Varsinais-Suomi. The role involves manufacturing and finishing concrete elements, with a focus on wall and sandwich elements. You will be responsible for the production process from layout to final finishing, working independently and with a team as required. Candidates should have experience in element manufacturing, a valid occupational safety card, strong Finnish language skills, ability to read drawings, high work ethic, and good social skills to interact with colleagues in demanding situations. The position is temporary, full-time, starting when a suitable candidate is found, with potential for a longer-term arrangement for the right person. The employer provides appropriate work equipment, daily support, and opportunities for skill development and advancement.
