Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a global team of finance specialists
- Drive adoption of finance processes, systems, and tools across the organisation
- Bridge between end users, Finance Operations, Global Process Owners, Finance Transformation, and IT
- Ensure high-quality support, training, documentation, and governance for finance applications and processes
- Lead continuous improvement initiatives and data-driven decision making
- Support finance process and technology implementations, including country and company rollouts
Requirements
- 7+ years of experience in Finance, Finance Operations, Shared Services, Process Excellence, ERP implementation, or Finance Transformation
- Strong people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Solid understanding of finance processes and operations
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI
- Proven track record in ERP transformations, process harmonisation, shared services, or global finance transformation programmes
- Experience leading organisational change and driving adoption of new processes and tools
- Fluent English communication skills
