Technical Property Maintenance Technician – Tampere Is property technology more to you than fault reports and maintenance rounds? Eilakaisla is recruiting a Technical Property Maintenance Technician for its client in Tampere for a permanent position. In this role, you will ensure the property’s technology works as it should and that everyday operations run smoothly. The role combines practical technical work, problem-solving, customer service and looking after the property’s energy efficiency. Your days will be varied, and you will work as part of a skilled property services team. What will you do? As a Technical Property Maintenance Technician, you will be responsible for the site’s daily maintenance tasks and actively help ensure that the property’s technical systems function properly. Your working days will include, among other things: • Varied maintenance, servicing and repair tasks • Monitoring the property’s technical systems and carrying out monthly tests • Responding to service requests and resolving technical problems • Using building automation as part of daily maintenance • Monitoring and promoting energy efficiency • Using the electronic maintenance log and completing necessary documentation • Working with the customer, colleagues and other specialists You will work actively with customers, so a good service attitude and smooth collaboration skills are important alongside your technical expertise. Work takes place on weekdays between 7:00 and 18:00. What do we expect from you? We are looking for an experienced property maintenance professional with technical expertise and a proactive, solution-oriented approach. You take initiative and work independently, while also enjoying collaboration with the rest of the team. We hope you have: • A vocational qualification in property maintenance or equivalent practical skills • At least three years of experience in technical property maintenance, servicing or upkeep • Strong experience using building automation and electronic maintenance logs • Valid Occupational Safety, Hot Work and Emergency First Aid cards • A category B driving licence • A pool operator qualification • A proactive, solution-oriented and customer-focused approach to work • Good communication and teamwork skills, and the ability to organise your own work The role also requires a clean background in accordance with the customer site’s requirements.
