Heavy Equipment Mechanic

We are seeking a heavy equipment mechanic for our client in Helsinki (Helsingin Juvanmalmi). The role focuses on mechanical maintenance of large vehicles and machines, including engines, powertrains, brakes and chassis. Prior experience with electrical fault finding and repair is a plus. The devices to service range from trucks to tractors and excavators to 3-axle combination vehicles, so broader experience increases the likelihood of finding the right person. Initial employment is through a temporary agency with potential to continue directly with the client company. Responsibilities include diagnosing and repairing faults in heavy machinery, performing routine maintenance, and collaborating with colleagues to ensure safe and efficient operation. You will work predominantly in mechanical maintenance, with the opportunity to expand into electrical diagnostics if you have that background.
