Employment Broker

The Work Häme employment region is seeking a goal-oriented and solution-focused employment broker for a permanent position starting 1 November 2026. The role is based in Hämeenlinna, with responsibilities in Hattula and Hämeenlinna offices. The broker will support jobseekers and clients in the job search process, provide training and labour market information, and engage with employers to match needs with candidate skills. The work is varied, independent, and requires empathy, goal-orientation, and a proactive approach. We value experience in employment mediation or client work, strong interpersonal and collaboration skills in a multidisciplinary setting, adaptability to a changing environment, and knowledge of the job market and regional matching challenges.
