The Flamingo center is located in Vantaa in connection with the Jumbo shopping center. As a customer service representative, you take care of the company's customers and exceed customer expectations with your excellent customer service skills. As an ELIXIA salesperson, you approach customers independently, open conversations and offer them our products and services. Therefore, meeting customers and starting a conversation is natural for you. We are looking for people who enjoy meeting people and do not wait for things to happen by themselves. You do not need to have previous experience in sales, but you must have energy, a desire to learn and an attitude to produce results. A dynamic and proactive way of working is seen in the fact that you grab things quickly, take them to the end within your role and keep the quality level high even in a rush. At the same time, you will learn skills that will be useful far into the future: interaction, self-confidence, goal-orientation and the ability to meet different people. Sale of memberships, PT services and products. Center's operational routines: cleanliness, readiness and smoothness. Childcare in the kids' park. To succeed in this role you need: A positive, solution-oriented attitude, a burning passion for customer service and sales. A desire to offer every member a unique and unforgettable training experience. Sales skills – selling memberships, PT packages and store products comes naturally to you and you want to develop your sales expertise. Flexibility and the ability to work both independently and in a team. Legal age, as well as fluent Finnish and English language skills. Job details: Working time: approx. 10–20h/week or as agreed.
