We are seeking a skilled concrete element manufacturer for Laukaa. The role involves independent work at the factory where concrete elements are produced from start to finish. The ideal candidate has experience especially with wall, sandwich, and balcony elements, and preferably brick-faced elements and thick-walling. The job includes manufacturing elements from moulding to finishing, with the expectation that the successful applicant handles the tasks professionally. Work begins once a suitable person is found and is estimated to continue into autumn, with good prospects for a stable, long-term position for the right candidate. Requirements include experience in element manufacturing, good Finnish or English language skills (Finnish is the main language of supervision, but English is also manageable), ability to read images, high work ethic, and strong social skills to work with others in challenging situations. We offer a salary commensurate with experience, two pay periods per month, and training for the role.
