Enforcement in broad cases can realize all enforcement duties under the Enforcement Act, including those duties and safeguards listed in Chapter 1, sections 1 and 2. As an Enforcement Oversight Inspector, your work is challenging professional work where you can handle diverse enforcement tasks and make responsible, legally grounded decisions. You will be responsible for conducting enforcement investigations and issuing dispositions such as seizures and other orders. The role involves multi-channel communication with parties through daily telephone hours, in-person meetings, and electronic channels. Your work will heavily involve information retrieval and processing in various information systems, field tasks such as eviction proceedings, locating and taking possession of property, and various actions relating to sale of assets. You will also be responsible for realizing seized movables and, for example, advancing realizations of real estate and shares in cooperation with the district bailiff. Additionally, tasks may include other duties assigned by the district bailiff.
