We are seeking an entrepreneur for the Pancho Villa chain in Savonlinna. Do you want to develop a restaurant business, and have the ability to take responsibility and risks, a stable financial situation and supervisory experience? To succeed as a Pancho Villa entrepreneur, you will receive a ready-made, tested Mexican restaurant concept and support from the chain. Please note that we are seeking an entrepreneur only, not employees for Pancho Villa. Pancho Villa is a casual dining restaurant concept serving fresh Mexican-inspired food. It is known for its broad product range and generously seasoned, plentiful but reasonably priced portions. Burgers, especially with the restaurant’s own sauces, are popular, alongside burritos, tacos and other Mexican treats. All restaurant dishes have been developed in-house, and development work is ongoing. Pancho Villa restaurants have a consistent menu, so customers know they can get quality dishes at the same price throughout Finland. Lunch customers, groups of friends going out in the evenings and families at weekends play a major role among Pancho Villa’s customers. Business customers and takeaway customers are growing segments. As a Pancho Villa franchise entrepreneur, you receive a ready-made, tested fresh Mexican twist restaurant concept centered on generous, tasty meals served at the table. The Pancho Villa entrepreneur is the operational and visible leader of their unit and also works shifts themselves. Entrepreneurs may be starting out or already operating a business, provided their current business does not compete with or otherwise harm the operation of a Pancho Villa business. You may suggest a suitable business location for a new restaurant yourself or look for one together with the chain. Pancho Villa entrepreneurs must have at least the following qualities and prerequisites: - Readiness and ability to finance the investment required to start the business.
