Do you have a heart for helping others and want a relaxed, people-focused part-time job? We are looking for a cheerful and proactive personal care assistant or someone with other health and social care training to support our senior client in Karjaa. Job description: We are currently seeking an experienced health care professional to assist with occasional shifts of 3–6 hours in the evening, at least twice a month, with potential for more in the future. The role is mainly supervisory, but may include light caregiving tasks or light housekeeping based on the client's needs. We provide thorough orientation to the client's individual needs. As the service expands, there may be opportunities to work with other clients from Karjaa in the future if you wish. Although part-time and irregular, we hope you can commit to the client for a longer period. Shifts are agreed in advance. What we expect from you: proactive and independent work ethic, approachable and warm personality, customer-service mindset, fluent Finnish, ability to listen to client needs calmly, willingness to work evenings, Swedish language skills are a plus.
