We are looking for a skilled concrete element manufacturer for Laukaa. The role involves independent work on the factory floor, producing concrete elements from start to finish, with emphasis on wall, sandwich, and balcony elements. Experience with brick-faced elements and thick plaster is a plus. You will be responsible for the entire element production process from image review to final finishing, and you should be comfortable handling the tasks. The position starts when a suitable candidate is found and may continue into autumn with good prospects to secure a permanent place in the client’s team. Requirements include experience in element manufacturing, good Finnish or English language skills for supervision (Finnish is the primary language on site), ability to read drawings, strong work ethic, and good social skills.
