- Own end-to-end hiring for Product, Engineering, and Design
- Partner with leadership to define hiring strategy, headcount planning, and role scoping
- Build and execute proactive sourcing strategies to attract top-tier technical talent
- Develop and refine recruiting processes for speed and rigor
- Advise on talent market dynamics and compensation
- Drive high-quality assessment and interview practices
- Build and manage a small but high-performing team of recruiters
- Establish reporting and pipelines to monitor hiring performance
Requirements
- Proven track record hiring high-caliber technical talent across Engineering, Product, and Design
- Strong talent judgment and ability to influence senior leaders
- Extensive network within Engineering, Product, and Design talent markets
- Experience implementing or optimizing ATS and recruiting tools
