We are looking for a Shovel/Wheel Loader Operator for our production site in Grubbenvorst. As a Shovel/Wheel Loader Operator you are responsible for safely and efficiently operating a shovel at our production site. You load and unload raw materials and products at the correct locations, contributing to a smooth production and logistics operation. This supports your colleague operators in production of our innovative products and your contribution to a greener future. Responsibilities include operating the shovel to load/unload materials, correctly starting up semi-finished mixing lines, providing guidance to drivers via CB for correct loading, ensuring clear on-site communication and monitoring quality, coordinating with transport and production planning for an efficient workplace, possibly entering new orders in the mixer line software, inspecting and maintaining the shovel, collaborating with colleagues and the team leader to achieve daily objectives, and ensuring safety and compliance with company safety rules. Requirements include interest in a sustainable future, a shovel certificate is a plus but not required, willingness to work in shifts, experience is a plus but not required, ability to work in a team as well as independently.
