Restaurant Shift Supervisor

We are seeking a shift supervisor for Lapland Hotels Bulevardi’s Sala (Kultá Kitchen & Bar) to lead evening shifts and ensure guests and the team enjoy their time. The team values genuine hospitality, high-quality food and drinks, and excellent service. The role requires a hands-on leader who can guide staff, maintain a positive atmosphere, and support colleagues to succeed. Key responsibilities include managing evening service, maintaining high service standards, creating a welcoming dining room atmosphere, and ensuring smooth operation of the floor. The candidate should have a suitable education in the field, experience in supervisory roles (preferably in an à la carte evening restaurant), strong professional knowledge of food and drink, sales-oriented and customer-focused attitude, flexibility to work in changing conditions, and good organizational, collaborative, and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in Finnish and English is required, along with a valid alcohol service badge and being of legal age.
