Responsibilities include surface preparation, powder or wet painting, sandblasting, quality control, working according to drawings, maintenance of equipment, and following safety guidelines. We expect communication skills in Finnish, Swedish, or English, initiative, experience in industrial painting or sandblasting, knowledge of different methods and materials, ability to interpret drawings, good color sense, problem-solving skills, and a proactive attitude.
