Store Manager

We are currently hiring a store manager for our Normal store in Kouvola Veturi. This is a permanent full-time position. NORMAL is a young dynamic company that has opened hundreds of stores across Europe in recent years. In Finland we have opened over 100 stores, and expansion continues. We offer customers permanently affordable prices and thousands of “normal” products, with weekly additions of exciting new items across product categories. As the store manager you are responsible for the store’s success and customer experience. You will lead your team in an inspiring way and continuously develop the store. The work is diverse and fun. What we expect from you: experience as a store manager and responsibility for results; you are curious and want to learn, not afraid of making mistakes; you work independently, take the reins in challenging situations, are hardworking and pay attention to details; customer focus and a commercial mindset that supports sales; leading the store with a positive vibe and understanding the power of the team; be able to work quickly in a hectic environment and in pressure, considering your team’s needs and bringing out their best; you communicate in Finnish and English; actively participate in developing and optimizing NORMAL’s unique business concept.
