About the Role We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Project Management Office (PMO) team. In this role, you will manage customer delivery projects in an international environment. You will lead complex, cross-functional projects involving internal teams and external stakeholders, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and scope, with high quality and customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Lead and coordinate project teams across multiple functions and geographies. Communicate effectively with external and internal stakeholders. Manage project scope, schedules, budget and risks. Develop mitigation plans and proactively address potential risks to project schedule and budget. Monitor, forecast, and report project and portfolio status according to company policies. Handover the project to Service department after successful customer acceptance. Drive continuous improvement in project performance and PMO processes. What We’re Looking For Master’s or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Business, or a related field. Proven project management experience in an international environment. Skills & Knowledge: Strong leadership and communication skills. Understanding of business models and contracts in project environments. Ability to identify risks and opportunities. Experience of automation and robotics is a benefit.
