About the role

Decagon is hiring a Senior Agent Product Manager, Healthcare to own the delivery, adoption, and expansion of AI solutions for our healthcare customers across Payer, Provider, Pharmacy, Labs, and Life Sciences. You are the primary technical and strategic owner on the account: you earn trust with the customer's leadership, scope a solution that solves their problem, and then build the working AI agent. You will be among the first dedicated healthcare Agent PMs on the team, working alongside Healthcare product and GTM leadership to author our healthcare roadmap and strategy. You will partner with Strategic Account Directors, Agent Strategy Managers, and Agent Deployment Engineers to scale agents in production. This is a senior individual contributor role. You are trusted to make high-stakes decisions independently and own outcomes, gaining leverage by directing Agent Deployment Engineers and partner teams who own a share of the execution. In this role, you will own the AI transformation and technical deployment, serve as the executive partner to the C-suite of Fortune 500 companies, design and optimize enterprise-grade agents for healthcare workflows, own trust posture and PHI handling, turn frameworks into reusable assets, direct deployment engineers, and run feedback loops into Product and Engineering.
