Quality Manager

The Quality Manager leads and develops the company’s quality management activities across planning, production and customer interfaces. Responsibilities include maintaining and developing quality systems (ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001), leading environmental affairs, managing certifications and internal and external audits, handling complaints, non-conformances and warranty matters, conducting root cause analyses and driving corrective actions, utilizing quality data and metrics, and advancing quality across production, design and procurement. The role supervises the quality engineering and aftersales leadership and collaborates closely with product development, planning, production, purchasing, service and sales. Initial targets include strengthening warranty management, mastering audit systems, and reinforcing the production quality mindset, with a focus on modularization and continual improvement. Requires a suitable university degree (engineer or DI), several years of experience in quality development in manufacturing, strong knowledge of quality systems, audit experience, root cause analysis and CAPA, understanding of production, design, procurement and supply chain processes, analytical and practical work style, good collaboration and influencing skills, and fluency in Finnish and English with Swedish as a plus. The role is based primarily at the main office in Vahto.
