Tikkurilan seurakunta to hire an afternoon program supervisor. The role is temporary and starts on 1 October 2026 or as agreed and ends on 31 July 2028. Responsibilities include school-age afternoon club activities and family activities in clubs and events. Planning and execution of activities are done together with other supervisors. We seek a supervisor with experience working with children and families, good group supervision and interpersonal skills, and a desire to develop professionally. We value teamwork and organizational skills, as well as responsible and independent work. The applicant must be a member of the Evangelical Lutheran Church of Finland. Before taking the position, the chosen candidate must provide a criminal record extract as required by law (504/2002) for work with children, and a medical certificate. A 6-month probationary period applies. The qualification for the job is a child supervisor education (basic education in education and guidance or child and family work degree) or other applicable education. We also consider recent graduates. The base salary for an afternoon program supervisor is according to KirVesTes job group 402 at 2545.57 EUR/month. In addition, a possible experience allowance of 86–320.50 EUR/month may be paid based on previous work experience.
