You will lead initiatives that establish process standards, productivity measures and product roadmaps. You as the Leader, play a key role in developing and supporting your team members to reach their aspirations and unleash their full potential. What you’ll be doing: - Define the platform product strategy - Shape the direction of Nordea’s cloud and technology platforms across Cloud, data, and integration layers, ensuring they form a coherent product portfolio aligned to Nordea’s long-term strategy. - Drive how business teams consume technology - Establish the service and consumption model that allows Service Areas to access shared technology capabilities predictably and safely. - Set cloud and tech stack direction - Drive the process for architecture patterns, reference Tech-stacks, and golden paths that give business teams freedom to move fast within governed, compliant frameworks. - Embed governance into the platform by default - Work across Risk, Compliance, and Security to ensure regulatory requirements directly into platform capabilities, so business teams are compliant by design rather than by approval process. - Translate platform value into business outcomes - Build the metrics and narrative that connect platform investment to executive messaging: time-to-market, operational resilience, and cost efficiency across the Nordic footprint. Your background and skills include: - Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or related technical field. - Experienced product manager with DevOps or a related domain understanding. - Understanding of modern SDLC practices and toolchains, including CI/CD pipelines, workflow automation, and infrastructure as code. - Proven track record of driving measurable improvements in platform delivery and consumption. - Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset, able to translate complex data into actionable insights that guide strategic decisions. - Strong communication and influencing skills to partner with executives and cross-functional stakeholders.
