Healthcare Assistant

ANNU Social Services is seeking a healthcare assistant to work with our wonderful clients. As a healthcare assistant you will work with children and young people with special needs in our various services: home-based family support, care for disabled individuals, support for special participation, and professional personal assistance. The ideal candidate is flexible and eager to work. Experience with vulnerable groups is an advantage, but above all else the right attitude is most important. The job starts as soon as a suitable person is found; we fill the position immediately. Initially the work is offered at approximately 50–80% of full-time hours according to your possibilities, but workload may increase. The work regularly includes evenings and weekend hours. We offer flexible, meaningful paid work: you can plan your shifts flexibly to fit your calendar, with the client’s needs in mind. At ANNU Social Services you have a supportive supervisor. We provide orientation before taking on duties. We follow the private social sector collective agreement and pay according to the collective agreement.
