About the role
Lead the strategy, architecture, and operations of our core financial technology stack. This role translates business requirements into scalable systems solutions while ensuring data integrity, controls, and compliance across the ecosystem — with particular focus on the revenue recognition workflow spanning Salesforce, Metronome, and NetSuite. This is a hands-on leadership role: you'll set direction, manage a team, and stay close enough to the systems to guide design decisions and troubleshoot when it matters.

Responsibilities
- Own the roadmap and architecture for our financial systems stack including NetSuite ERP, Salesforce, Metronome, Ramp, Tipalti, Celigo and FloQast
- Be the systems owner for quote-to-cash and revenue recognition
- Lead system implementations, upgrades, and integrations across the finance stack
- Ensure internal controls and audit-readiness across all financial systems with ASC 606 focus
- Build and manage a team of systems analysts/administrators
- Manage vendor relationships across the stack
Requirements
- 10+ years of progressive experience in financial systems or ERP leadership
- 4+ years in a senior management capacity
- Hands-on experience with NetSuite ERP
- Experience with Salesforce, Metronome, Ramp, FloQast preferred
- Experience with ASC 606 revenue recognition
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, IS, or related field
- CPA, MBA or relevant certifications a plus
