This vacancy is for an industrial warehouse and logistics operator. The role involves primarily handling and storing cardboard rolls, receipt and unloading of incoming consignments, and operating a counterbalance forklift. You will document data in daily systems and perform other operational tasks supporting production and logistics. The position is largely independent, requiring the ability to take responsibility for your own work, identify daily tasks, and ensure smooth execution without constant supervision. We expect experience with counterbalance forklift operation, the ability to work independently, a careful and safe work approach, the ability to handle routine tasks efficiently and accurately, basic computer skills and the ability to use multiple systems, Finnish language proficiency for understanding work instructions and daily communication, reliability, initiative and responsibility. Required qualifications include a B-driver’s license, a valid occupational safety card, and forklift competence/card. We offer a responsible and independent role, a clear and stable job description, orientation to tasks and systems, a professional team, a safe working environment, and compensation in accordance with the paper and cardboard processing industry collective agreement (TES). Some possibility to influence working hours. Work is part-time, 15–30 hours per week depending on client needs; typically around 15 hours per week once stabilized; days are Monday–Friday.
