We seek a fixed-term Air Freight Specialist for our Vantaa office; contract ends 30 April 2027 with potential extension by agreement. Responsibilities include coordinating air freight exports and imports and maintaining smooth communication among airlines, terminals, handling agents, carriers, customs, shippers and receivers; scheduling the transport chain; making air freight bookings and tracking shipments; drafting and verifying forwarding documents and ensuring compliance; finding quick solutions to changing situations; supporting customers throughout the shipment lifecycle; cooperating with sales on quotations (pricing and cost calculations are a strong asset). Requirements include experience in international forwarding, especially air freight; customer-focused, proactive, ability to work independently under pressure; fluent Finnish and English; Swedish is a plus.
