This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious engineer who wants to drive digitalization and automation projects while accelerating their career within a growing international business. As part of a team that is being built to support future growth initiatives, you will work on cutting-edge manufacturing technologies, system integration, material handling automation, robotics, and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), helping shape the smart factory of tomorrow. What you’ll do: Drive Industry 4.0 & Automation Take a hands on approach to drive the deployment of advanced manufacturing technologies (automation, robotics, digital tools) to transform production and enable a smart factory environment. Accelerate Product Industrialization Pro-actively support the end-to-end industrialization process—from concept to production—ensuring manufacturability, efficient launches, and reduced time-to-market. Enhance Manufacturing Processes Analyze and optimize value streams, develop scalable processes, and implement standardized layouts, routings, and work instructions. Enable Digital & Data-Driven Manufacturing Leverage data, dashboards, and digital solutions to support informed decision-making and drive Industry 4.0 adoption. Assess Digital Landscape & Identify Opportunities Map the current technology and software landscape to identify gaps and opportunities that accelerate digitalization and support future-state manufacturing capabilities. Lead Continuous Improvement Drive Lean and continuous improvement initiatives to deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost performance. Collaborate Across Functions Partner with Engineering, Operations, Quality, and Sourcing to align manufacturing strategies and deliver business impact.
