Etelä-Suomen Lisäturva Oy security services are seeking security guards for a permanent position in Kouvola, for site security work. The job includes guarding the construction site, access control, maintaining the safety of the area, and addressing disturbances in accordance with security industry legislation and guidelines. The work is mainly on a 3-shift basis. The employment follows the security industry collective agreement (TES). We are looking for: a valid guarding card, a valid occupational safety card, EA1, Finnish language skills (other languages are considered an asset), good communication and customer service skills, a reliable, proactive, and responsible attitude, ability to work independently and as part of a team.
