Employment: Fixed-term contract with potential for long-term employment. Salary: €14–€15 per hour depending on your skills and experience, based on the background of the metal industry’s collective agreement. We are seeking a powder painter for our client in Tammisaari. The company is an established domestic player in the metal industry, operating in a modern factory environment with highly automated production. Products are mainly made of recycled steel and produced with modern manufacturing methods. Who could you be? You may have completed a powder coating professional qualification and are seeking to learn industrial painting and specifically powder coating tasks. You may also be an experienced industrial painter with several years of experience in powder or spray painting. A thorough onboarding will be provided. What is work like? You paint various metal structures and products and are responsible for quality control at the same time. In the paint shop there are two colleagues in addition to you. Work is Monday–Friday, 40 hours per week, mainly day shift, with readiness to move to two shifts if needed. It is important to master the different steps of powder coating and pay attention to details so that finished products meet customer quality requirements.
