Carpenter Supervisor

Foreman carpenter: Juspek Oy seeks an experienced and proactive foreman for the capital area. Our operations focus on repair and renovation work for apartments, properties, and commercial spaces. Our clients include major property owners and property sector actors. As a foreman you are responsible for the smooth progression of your own sites from job reception to completion and invoicing. The work is practical and requires the ability to manage several sites simultaneously. Your duties include, among others: site planning, scheduling and supervision; guiding workers and subcontractors; bidding and cost calculation; procurement of materials and supplies; communication with customers, residents and partners; documentation and monitoring of work; controlling quality, schedule and costs on sites. We require previous experience in construction supervision; foreman experience is essential and cost estimation must be fluently handled. Experience with renovations of rental properties is considered a clear plus. We especially value experience in environments where several small and medium repair projects are being managed at the same time. Additionally we expect: practical knowledge of construction; independent and systematic work style; good problem-solving skills; fluent customer service and collaboration skills; basic IT skills and ability to adopt existing systems; driving license; good Finnish oral and written skills. We are looking for someone who takes responsibility for their own sites and drives things through to the end. For us, foreman work is not only site visits but overall management from bidding to implementation and handover of the finished job.
