Associate Trainees

The Associate Trainee programme gives law students a chance to explore different areas of business law through a general period across all practice groups, before focusing more deeply on one or two areas. The 5 to 6-month journey includes drafting legal documents and conducting research on complex matters, mirroring the work of recently graduated associates. The program begins with a three-month general period to work across all groups, then allows focus on one or two practice areas. You will be supported by fellow trainees and a tutor lawyer. Requirements: nearing end of law studies (around 200 credits completed at start), fluent in Finnish and English. Application periods start in February 2027 and May 2027. Salary: 3,550 € per month, plus a lunch benefit.
