Team Lead, Product Security

Responsibilities include taking a key role in securing our connected machines and cloud solutions amid rising regulatory demands (e.g., CRA); developing a targeted product security strategy aligned with standards, regulatory requirements and corporate goals; ensuring security processes exist and are actively implemented; leading the security program, prioritising measures, and delivering a clear roadmap with responsibilities; identifying risks early and implementing practical, effective mitigations; collaborating closely with internal and international partners in development, Product Security, quality and process management; leading the team with passion, developing talent and bringing fresh ideas to further development. Requirements include a completed degree in IT security, computer science, or a comparable qualification; several years of experience securing products and industrial systems, ideally with experience in product development and embedded or software architectures; strong knowledge of relevant standards and regulatory requirements (e.g., ISO 27001, IEC 62443, CRA); experience in strategic coordination and change management, combined with hands-on mentality; excellent communication and conflict resolution skills and the ability to convey complex matters clearly (German C1 and English B2); leadership capability that embodies our principles: proactive, precise, solutions-oriented and people-centric.
