The job description mainly includes simultaneous and differentiated instruction for lower grades (3rd–6th). Additionally, the position includes a few teaching hours in health education and home economics for upper grades. Martinlaakso School is a comprehensive school for grades 1-9 with approximately 1000 students. About 130 adults work in our school community. Our school is located in Martinlaakso with good transport connections. We operate in a modern school building with up-to-date teaching equipment. Our school aims to be a pedagogically unified basic school where learners of different ages meet. Classroom teaching and subject teaching are located close to each other, and the school's adults collaborate, supporting the idea of a unified basic school and enabling a seamless school path for students from the first grade until the end of basic education.
